Our Testing Process
We employ each of these testing measures to our products before shipping them out to ensure the best performance and reliability. Certain displays may go through additional quality testing processes not mentioned below.
> High / Low temperature storage
Our displays are observed at high / low temperatures while powered off in our temperature chamber.
> High / Low temperature operation
Our displays are observed at high / low temperatures while powered on in our temperature chamber.
> Drop test
Our displays are dropped from specified heights onto hard surfaces to simulate real-world accidents and verify structural robustness and screen durability.
> IP test
Our displays undergo water spray test, dustproof test, etc. common requirements: IP55, IP65 or even IP66.
> IK test
Our displays undergo mechanical impact resistance testing using calibrated pendulums or weights to validate their IK-rated protection against physical shocks (e.g., IK08/IK10).
> High temperature / Humidity operation
Our displays are observed at humidity while powered on in our temperature chamber.
> Thermal shock resistance
Our displays are observed for performance when faced with extreme temperature changes.
> Vibration test
Our displays undergo rigorous testing for durability, including during instances of rapid mechanical motion.
> Static electricity test
Our displays are observed for performance after receiving a large electric charge.
> Withstand voltage test
Our displays are rigorously tested under high-voltage conditions to ensure electrical insulation integrity and safety compliance.
