Rafting, Fire, Litchis—Techtion Smart Gone Wild | Q2 Team Journal

At Techtion Smart, we believe great teams aren’t built by accident—they’re forged through shared experiences, tested under pressure, and bonded by purpose.

That’s why in Q2 2025, we hit pause on the usual routines and headed to Zengcheng for a two-day, one-night team building retreat. It wasn’t a break. It was a reset. A challenge. A build.

What we did:

• White-water rafting — With nothing but helmets, oars, and each other, we braved the rapids. Coordination wasn’t a skill—it was survival.
• Outdoor cooking — Teams lit fires, chopped ingredients, and improvised meals in the open. No roles, no orders—just collaboration in action.
• Hot springs & water play — After movement, stillness. After intensity, recovery. We believe resilience requires rest, too.
• Litchi picking — A walk through the orchard. The crunch of fresh fruit. Laughter that didn’t need an agenda.

What we gained wasn’t just fun—it was alignment.
We returned more connected, more efficient, more grounded in the values that move Techtion forward:
